Here are some frequently asked questions that may help you in having an  enjoyable, well-informed shopping experience with us.

ORDERS

Is there a minimum purchase amount needed to order online?
There is no minimum purchase for online orders.

Do you accept orders on weekends and outside business hours?
Yes, orders are accepted 24/7 and will be processed from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Can I cancel and/or amend my order or shipping details?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. However, SAGANÀ Association reserves the right to cancel multiple or fraudulent orders.

Is there a chance my order won’t be fulfilled?
In case our product is unavailable for any reason, our team will contact you to update you with options and/ or  offer you a refund.

Is there a limit to the quantity of orders?
We are happy to work with small and big companies, discerning hotels, caterers, restaurants, boutique cafes and food manufacturers interested in our SAGANÀ sustainable range of products in bulk and retail. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How much is delivery fee?
Delivery fee will be shouldered by the customer according to the actual Swiss Post rates  for local and international parcels. Check here . For orders above CHF 50.-, we offer free delivery within Switzerland via Swiss Post economy.

Do you deliver outside of Switzerland ?
Yes, we deliver orders abroad via SwissPost and the French Post. The tracking number will be provided once the order is on the way.

Please note that due to current COVID situation, delivery lead time abroad take longer up to one (1) month depending on the final destination. In such cases, we will communicate any delays to keep you updated with your order.

Can I choose my preferred delivery date?
Yes. You may indicate in the Notes tab your preferred delivery date when you checkout.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept locally and internationally issued Mastercard or VISA debit cards  credit cards via Stripe ; via PayPal , TWINT and bank payment transfers to our Swiss postal bank account.

How will I know if my order is confirmed and fulfilled?
You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order. Then another email once the order has been fulfilled.

Do you save my debit or credit card information?
Rest assured that all debit and credit card information will not be saved in our system. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

PRODUCT RETURN & EXCHANGE

If the product is found to be questionable in quality after delivery, please email us at info@sagana.org with clear photos of the item so that we can attend to the issue immediately. We will be happy to provide a replacement pending an investigation.
