Spaetzle with Bacon and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 150g Bacon
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 1 tbsp SAGANÀ Coconut Spread
  • Spaetzle
  • Emmental Cheese (grated)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions:

Bring the spaetzle to a boil in a pan. In a large skillet, fry the onion in SAGANÀ Coconut Spread until golden brown, then add and cook the chopped bacon. Once the spaetzle are cooked, drain them and add to the skillet with the bacon and onion.

Season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Stir in the Emmental cheese and garnish with parsley.
