How to cook : Soak overnight or at least 30 minutes to soften the wholegrain. Boil water in a pot and add the soaked grains. Cook like pasta and drain the water once the wholegrain has opened. One (1) cup makes three (3) cups of boiled rice! Delicious in cold salad, as side dish or dessert.
