How to cook : Soak overnight or at least 30 minutes to soften the wholegrain (or else, it is hard!). Put 1 cup of rice with 1.5 cups of water in a pot or casserole. Let the water boil, then gradually lower the heat until the water fully evaporates. One (1) cup makes three (3) cups of boiled rice! Delicious in cold salad, as side dish or dessert.
